Last updated: November 2, 2026

RentPositive Property Management is a DBA of Lancaster Holding Corp, a licensed Washington real estate firm ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through rentpositive.com and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you give us when you fill out a form: your name, email address, phone number, rental property address, property type, monthly rent, how you heard about us, any files you attach, and your message. Repair requests that tenants submit through the site. Basic visit data collected automatically by our website host (GoDaddy) and Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. These services use cookies.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, prepare a rental analysis, and provide property management services. To coordinate maintenance and repairs. To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our business: our website host, our property management software, email and phone providers, and vendors who carry out repairs. We may also disclose it when the law requires.

Tenant and owner accounts

Tenant and owner portals run on our property management software. That provider's privacy policy also applies to information you enter there.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you sent through this site. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no website or email system is completely secure.
